The Design of this Ring differently brings the Sapphire front and center with a Halo of White Topaz to Help the Sapphire pop. Then you have Baguette shaped White Topaz going down the sides of the  band of the ring.

12 - Each White Topaz are Baguette Shaped 2x1 mm and Faceted 

18- Each White Topaz are Round Shaped at 1.5 mm and Faceted
